L'principale building, which houses the three bedrooms with bathroom conversion projects, has recently been refurbished according to our philosophy / life-choice “cruelty-free” (one example, VERNICI only vegan).

We went above and beyond the green building, with the use of natural materials and environmentally friendly: real lime, Oak (durmast), cork, raw terra e pietra locale.

We have installed a solar panel system with heat boiler for the production of domestic hot water and heating. L’impianto radiante è a pavimento/parete a bassa temperatura.

During the renovation, thanks to the opportunity of a collective project of DES (District Social Economy) Province of Parma, we also equipped with an integrated system of photovoltaic solar panels for the production of electric energy.

The small village includes other buildings currently used for agricultural purposes and not for the receptivity.
